Maximum borrowing is a multiple of between 2.50 and 5.00 times total income less annualised outgoings.

We charge a minimum fee of £500. Of this £150 is to be paid on application and we will receive a commission from the provider. If the commission paid by the lender is less than the minimum fee we will invoice you for the residual on completion. If we receive commission in excess of £500 you will have no additional fee to pay but we will retain the commission.
